WHAT MAKES YOUR SUITS DIFFERENT THAN OTHER BRANDS?
Zuit is different than other brands because we have adopted the best tailoring practices often overlooked by mass retailers. This means our suits are half-canvassed, sewn in instead of glued by hand. We work with a small but experienced tailor’s shop which means we review the quality piece. We use high end Italian wools and stretchy linings so the suit can keep up with a woman’s curves.
WHERE ARE YOUR SUITS MADE?
Our suits are proudly made in the USA! However, we could not make such high quality suits without materials sourced from Merino wool farmers in Australia which is then processed in Switzerland and Italy. We consider our material vendor a key partner in creating beautiful suiting for women.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE MY SUIT TO ARRIVE?
Your suit will ship within two weeks if it is in stock.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Standard shipping is $20.

We ship with FedEx so your package is guaranteed.
DO YOU SHIP TO P.O. BOXES?
We do not ship to P.O boxes. Please enter a valid residence, company or hotel address for a successful delivery.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED ALTERATIONS?
Please visit your local tailor or alterations shop for any needed alterations. We offer a reimbursement store credit for up to $75 for alterations of a full suit. For jackets or blazers, we reimburse up to $50. For pants, shirt or a vest, we reimburse up to $25.
HOW TO I RECEIVE MY REIMBURSEMENT STORE CREDIT?
Email a copy of your itemized receipt. We will apply your store credit to your account.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We process returns or exchanges for up to 14 days after the date of delivery for undamaged garments. We do not return bespoke suits; we only accept returns of our suits made in standard sizes. For bespoke suits, we will work with you for needed alterations.
HOW DO I BEGIN THE RETURN PROCESS?
Please email us your name or order number (located on your order confirmation email) and we will email you a prepaid return label. Place the return label on the original packaging with the items you are returning and drop off at your nearest FedEx store.
WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO CLEAN MY SUIT AND REMOVE WRINKLES?
The best way to keep your suit clean is to use a garment brush on the cloth. To remove wrinkles use a steamer and not an iron.
WHAT ABOUT DRY CLEANING?
Only take your suit to the dry cleaners to care for a major stain or at a maximum of 1-2x a year. In the meantime, brushing should remove dirt and minor stains. Dry cleaning exposes the suit to chemicals which can cause fading, so if you do need to take it to the dry cleaners be sure to dry clean the jacket and suit pants together.
WHAT KIND OF HANGER SHOULD I USE FOR MY SUIT?
We recommend a wide cedar wood hanger. A wooden hanger is best because it absorbs moisture and repels moths. Do not use a wire hanger as it could damage the shape of the suit over time.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, and Diners club debit and credit cards.
HOW DO I KNOW MY PAYMENT INFORMATION IS SECURE?
Zuit uses the Shopify platform so you can be sure that payments are secure. Shopify includes an SSL certificate that uses industry standard 128 bit encryption technology. This is the same level of encryption used by large banks to keep your information secure.
WILL I HAVE TO PAY TAXES?
If you live in New York, you will be charged local sales tax rates. If you live outside of New York, you will not be charged sales tax.
